Adam has local roots having grown up in Mountain View and attending Bellarmine College Prep. He went on to UC Santa Barbara before returning to the Bay Area to get his law degree at Golden Gate University. Prior to being a broker-associate, Adam specialized in landlord/tenant law, land use, real estate transactions and litigation.

Adam’s passion for residential real estate developed at an early age, working alongside his father, an entrepreneur, architect and real estate investor on the Peninsula. Prior to forming The reSolve Group, Adam and Wendy Kandasamy worked together as The AW Team selling more than $600 million in residential real estate.

Adam stays close to the action, living in downtown Palo Alto. He enjoys dining at new restaurants, attending live music events and hanging out with friends in San Francisco, where he maintains a second home.

Wendy began her career as a software engineer in the financial industry. Her combined understanding of the economics of home ownership and ability to analyze the real estate market comes in handy when engineering solutions for her clients’ real estate needs.

Wendy has been a local realtor for more than fifteen years.Since working with Adam as part of The AW Team, she has closed hundreds of transactions resulting in more than $600 million in sales. She is a long-time resident of Palo Alto, where she was an active member of the Parent-Teacher Association at the schools her three children attended.

Wendy studied Computer Science at UC Irvine and is fluent in Mandarin. She enjoys spending time with her children, traveling with her friends and attending classes at Stanford in different fields of interest—just for fun.

Katharine (or Kat as she’s known to most) made her way to the Bay Area from Tennessee during her time as a professional cyclist. After a career spent racing all over the U.S. and with the National team in Europe, she was drawn to real estate in 2011. She relied on skill, focus and determination during her training as an athlete, and found the same traits necessary to help her clients prevail in the highly competitive Bay Area real estate market.

Like Adam and Wendy, she takes a highly analytical approach to her work, consistently innovating to best serve the needs of her clients in this dynamic market. While analysis and clear communication are important, she also knows that buying or selling a home can be an emotional and stressful process. She is level-headed and practical, and calmly helps clients achieve their goals.

Though she still loves to tour the peninsula on two wheels, Kat now squeezes in quick rides between spending time with her wife and two young children. She sits on the National Advisory Council for NCLR and is an ardent supporter of organizations focused on civil and human-rights work.

Alex studied Psychology at Willamette University and feels very fortunate that his career in real estate is the perfect marriage between his two passions, psychology and home design. In his role as operations manager, Alex helps clients by coordinating the many moving pieces that come together when preparing a home for sale. He is particularly compassionate to the client experience as he recently helped his family sell the house that he grew up in, in San Mateo. Alex is an avid cook, and enjoys exploring the many tasty offerings dotted throughout the Bay Area.

Out of curiosity, Louella stepped into the world of Virtual Assistance to be more productive and spend more time with family.
