First of all, we just want to say thank you! In the first quarter of this year, we have helped 10 clients either buy or sell homes and we are so grateful for the trust you put in our team.
We are seeing a few market indicators on theme with what we have been noticing so far this year.
Auction-style pricing is back
Homes are being listed on the low end with the hopes that they'll sell for more than the list price, and for the most part we are seeing that happen. Buyers are back, and most homes are selling with multiple offers, especially for single family homes, if they're priced and marketed well.
Increase in inventory
Sellers who have been debating for the last 1-2 years whether to put their home back on the market are doing that now successfully.
Stock market highs
We are reaching near new heights, which allows buyers more buying power, and to be able to put more into a down payment.
